Since 1937, we have been helping Scouts build character based on both the BSA values and those of our sponsoring organization, St. Katharine of Siena Parish.

 Our activities include camping, hiking, rock climbing, community service, and more. We have a year round schedule that incorperates learning, skill building, and fun for all members.

Radnor Great American Backyard Campout

The third annual, award-winning Radnor Township Great American Backyard Campout will be held on Saturday, June 25th, at the Willows.  Troop 219 is again running the afternoon activities and helping out with the evening campfire.  Your help is needed to make this an enjoyable and memorable experience for all attendees.  Please register your participation by clicking on the Event Registration to the right.

Summer Camp Payments Due by Thursday!

To take advantage of the $25 Early Bird Discount, full summer camp payments are due by this Thursday at the latest.  If you have paid the $50 deposit, your balance due is $345.  If you have not paid the deposit, full payment is $395.  After Thursday, payments go up to $370 and $420 respectively.  Please make your checks out to Troop 219 and hand them in to our Treasurer Maria Mendler.  If you would like to earn some money to offset the cost of summer camp, it is not too late to sell Camp Cards.  100 Camp Cards sold gets you $250 in Scout Bucks.  See SM McGee for Camp Cards.

Resica Summer Camp

It is not too late to sign up for summer camp, particularly for our first-year Scouts, aka Crossovers.  First-year Scouts receive a $25 discount on summer camp fees ($395 for the week versus $420).  Resica is offering a great deal this summer - a second week of summer camp for only $210.  That is half off!  If anyone is interested in signing up for a second week of fun and merit badge opportunities with Resica Provisional Troop 1, please let Mr. Bryan know.  ATTENTION SENIOR SCOUTS (14 and older) - New this year, Resica is offering an ATV program.  Sign-up is not yet open, but let Mr. Bryan know if you are interested.
